The Municipality of Arzier-Le MuidsSeeks, for the Construction Police department, a 100% positionYour missionWithin the Construction Police department, you will ensure the follow-up of files related to building permits, regulatory procedures, and department activities. You will contribute to the smooth running of procedures while guaranteeing quality service to the public.Main responsibilities- Manage Construction Police and urban planning files.- Welcome, inform, and guide the public.- Prepare, follow, and update files in IT tools.- Draft correspondence, decisions, and official documents for the department.- Ensure the follow-up of procedures and legal deadlines.- Participate in the preparation of files intended for the Municipality.- Ensure the follow-up of public inquiries and publications.- Manage filing, archiving, and the maintenance of official registers.- Establish statistics and data necessary for management reports.- Participate in various department tasks and ensure occasional replacements in other departments.ProfileExclusive criteria- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in commerce, supplemented by experience in construction/technical field or equivalent.- Excellent writing skills and perfect command of French.- Very good organizational skills and ability to manage several files simultaneously.- Excellent command of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility.- Ability to work in compliance with procedures and deadlines.- Resistance to stress and good management of priorities.- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.- Sense of public service and ease of communication.Desired assets- Experience in a public or municipal administration.- Knowledge of legislation related to land use planning and construction.- Knowledge of public inquiry procedures and building permits.- Technical skills in the field of construction, urban planning, and plan reading.- Knowledge of business or management software.We offer- A varied activity at the heart of municipal life.- Cross-functional responsibilities and diversified contacts.- A dynamic work environment and working conditions according to the personnel regulations.Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement.Complete files (with cover letter, CV, copies of diplomas) must be sent by July 31.Only candidates corresponding to the sought profile will receive a response. jid91af8c1aen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
