Your mission
As the after-school and holiday club manager, you ensure the reception, supervision, and well-being of primary school pupils (2nd to 8th grade) during the lunch break and at the end of the day.
In this role, you oversee the smooth running of meals in a friendly and safe environment, promote a respectful and caring atmosphere, and support pupils during supervised homework sessions by ensuring compliance with instructions and a conducive working environment.
Your main activities:
- Supervise, coordinate, and support the teams in the dining hall, supervised homework, and holiday club. - Participate in the recruitment, integration, training, and development of staff members. - Draw up schedules, lead team meetings, and conduct annual reviews. - Support teams in their professional practice and manage sensitive or conflict situations. - Organise and ensure the daily smooth running of the school dining hall. - Guarantee quality reception, well-being, and safety of children in all activities. - Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety standards, and current procedures. - Coordinate the organisation of supervised homework to provide a calm and conducive learning environment. - Design, plan, and supervise activities and outings of the holiday club. - Ensure coordination with families, partners (school establishment, Childhood and Youth Foundation, meal provider, concierge) and manage special situations (allergies, dietary requirements, emergencies or conflicts).
Your profile:
- Training in the socio-educational, pedagogical, or animation field (or equivalent qualification). - Proven experience, 3 to 5 years in a similar position. - Experience in supervising children. - Experience in team coordination.
