EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTANT AT 80%Main mission: Under the responsibility of the department head, ensure the accounting and financial management of the municipality. Main activities:- Manage debtors, suppliers, and disputes- Maintain various bank and postal accounts, manage cash registers- Manage and monitor investments and depreciation- Assume all other accounting and financial tasks such as accruals, management accounts, manage the chart of accounts- Prepare the annual budget, monitor it, and identify variances- Prepare the closing and the annual financial report- Manage commitments such as purchase orders, other internal documents, etc.- Establish various analyses and write financial reports Required profile:- Swiss national or in possession of a C permit.- Minimum CFC as a commercial employee with a specialization in accounting. A federal diploma as a finance and accounting specialist, or professional experience in a similar activity of 3 years.- Very good knowledge of accounting and finance.- Master the French language and office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Opale/Bluepearl).- Know the functioning of a municipality.
