Join our team and participate in the development and implementation of ambitious projects aimed at improving the energy performance of buildings.The Municipality of Montreux is advertising a position for:Main tasks:- Plan, coordinate, and manage energy renovation projects for municipal buildings, from the study phase to completion, and implement energy renovation strategies adapted to technical, environmental, and financial challenges- Prepare requests for study and construction credits and support decision-making processes- Develop specifications and ensure the management of external service providers- Organize and conduct call for tender procedures in accordance with applicable provisions- Analyze received offers and establish criteria as well as evaluation grids- Ensure technical, financial, and schedule monitoring of construction sites- Produce reports and guarantee regular communication with stakeholdersDesired profile:- Degree in architecture, HES engineer, ES technician, or equivalent qualification- 5 years of experience in building renovation project management and construction site monitoring- Experience in building energy renovation, an asset to manage public projects (calls for tender, specifications, monitoring of Swiss energy standards (CECB, MoPEC)) and interest in energy issues- Knowledge of public procurement, a sense of analysis and synthesis, and a sense of responsibilityStart date: immediately or by arrangementAll further information can be obtained from the deputy head of department.Are you ready to take on this challenge?
