Job Description To complete our teams within the T2 service of our Production & Quality department, we are looking for a person interested in putting their skills to use as a Production Watchmaker.
As part of this position, your main tasks are as follows: Perform technical and aesthetic decoting on watch heads Make component exchange requests for decoting Analyse and report main issues for correction Provide technical support to the various workstations to escalate encountered problems Validate some of the defects on movements identified in T2Ensure the operations proceed according to the provided work instructions Carry out the fitting of hands and dials, as well as casing of the various entrusted parts in the required quantity and quality Guarantee compliance with manufacturing procedures and quality according to the company’s defined standards Profile You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a production watchmaker, watchmaker or an equivalent qualification You have confirmed experience (3-5 years) in the field Required Skills You are organised and know how to manage priorities You are flexible and have good stress resistance You work in a rigorous and conscientious manner You are autonomous and have a good team spirit You communicate transparently and constructively Languages You have a good command of the French language, both spoken and written.
