Your mission: to take on responsibilities as the client’s representative by being fully involved in the development and realisation of renewal projects.
Specifically, you:
Independently manage projects for the rehabilitation, modernisation, or complete renewal of railway infrastructure, particularly in the areas of bridges, tunnels, galleries, retaining walls, and protective structures against natural hazards.
Lead and coordinate the appointed private offices and contracting companies, as well as specialists from various internal MOB departments.
Actively participate in the design and studies of the installations; write technical documents and prepare plan approval dossiers.
Develop the financial planning for the projects entrusted to you; estimate costs and demonstrate profitability.
Manage the different phases of the project, from preliminary studies to the execution of works and commissioning of installations, respecting the objectives set in terms of costs, quality, deadlines, safety, identifying and managing risks, and complying with public infrastructure construction processes.
Identify and interact with stakeholders to ensure their acceptance.

Your profile:
Degree in civil engineering from ETH or a university of applied sciences. A CAS in the railway field is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex railway civil engineering projects.
Rigorous, demanding, stress-resistant, entrepreneurial and proactive, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues, synthesis ability, writing skills, proven talent as a communicator and negotiator.
Native French speaker with very good knowledge of German (B2) aiming to manage projects in the canton of Bern in German, with workplace in Montreux.
