Your role Welcoming and customer service on our new premium train "Golden Pass Express", our "Panoramic", "Belle Époque" and regional trains on our Montreux – Gstaad – Zweisimmen, Montreux – Les Rochers de Naye and Vevey – Blonay – Les Pléiades lines.
Ticket inspection and sales.
Commercial preparation of the train before departure.

The profile we are looking for Federal VET Diploma or equivalent training in hospitality, sales or commercial fields (commercial employee).
As an ambassador of MOB on our trains, you always put the customer at the centre of your activity.
You are approachable and have an excellent sense of hospitality.
Languages spoken: French B2, German B1, English B1; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
