In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including trade support, settlement, matching, and cash management activities. You'll work closely with portfolio managers, traders, brokers, custodians, and global investment teams to resolve complex trade and cash inquiries while helping mitigate operational risks. Position Responsibilities
Perform daily operational activities across Trade Support, Trade Matching, Trade Settlement, and Cash Management functions.
Investigate, resolve, and communicate trade and cash-related inquiries from Portfolio Managers, Traders, Brokers, Custodians, and internal investment teams.
Monitor and proactively manage trade and cash risks to minimize settlement failures and operational disruptions.
Prepare periodic trade, cash, and operational reports for onshore counterparts and business stakeholders.
Drive process improvements, strengthen operational controls, and collaborate with technology partners to enhance data quality and efficiency.
Support projects and strategic initiatives through research, analysis, solution development, and implementation.
Communicate significant operational updates, challenges, and escalations to management in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business discipline.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in investment operations, trade support, middle office, trade settlement, cash management, or related functions.
Strong understanding of investment products, trade lifecycle processes, securities instruments, and capital markets.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills with experience in process improvement and risk mitigation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with global stakeholders.
Willingness to work on a fixed day shift schedule and report onsite in Quezon City
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Trade Support, Middle Office Operations, Trade Settlements, and Cash Management within the financial services or investment management industry.
Working knowledge of Bloomberg, BBH, and custodian platforms.
Understanding of investment transactions across multiple asset classes.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Cash Management, Settlements, Reconciliations, Data Management, Pricing, Transactions, and Transfers processes.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a fast‑paced, highly critical operational environment.
Demonstrated flexibility, stakeholder management skills, and ability to navigate ambiguity while resolving complex issues professionally and tactfully.
