Salary: 55,000 – 70,000 EUR per year

Your Tasks:

• Support the research and development department as well as production in product software development by providing and continuously improving the infrastructure (e.g. development environments, version control systems, analysis tools).
• Contribute to the establishment of a development competence center for software development to share best practices and know-how across teams.
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
• Assistance in setting up and maintaining interfaces to CAx systems (e.g. PTC Windchill, JD Edwards).
• Collaboration in the management of project teams and the development of training courses, as well as support in the training of new employees on infrastructure tools and processes.

Your Qualification:

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• First practical experience or internships in the field of infrastructure and software development, ideally with tools such as Gitlab, Polarion, or Docker.
• Basic knowledge of implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and other automated development processes.
• Initial experience with Linux and Windows-based systems and cloud technologies is an advantage.
• Interest and basic knowledge in IT security and product development.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and an independent working style.
• High willingness to learn and initiative.
• Multilingualism (German/English) is an advantage.
