- Process invoices and mortgage interest;
- Establish property management statements as well as heating statements;
- Perform the closing ofaccounts;
- Control owner cash flows and make payments accordingly;
- Carry out all procedures concerning a takeover and a loss of mandate;
- Establish quarterly and annual closings.Profile:- Successful experience of at least 3 years in a similar position;
- CFC or equivalent title;
- Team spirit, rigor andprecision;
- Good understanding, synthesis and analysis skills;
