In this leadership role, you own a large, enterprise-grade engineering organization delivering ambulatory SaaS and shared framework modules. You shape the strategic product-technology roadmap in collaboration with executive leadership and ensure regulatory commitments are embedded in every phase. You lead senior teams to boost scalability, quality, AI maturity, and delivery velocity, while strengthening stakeholder relationships and CGM’s position in Health‑IT. You will drive transformation in a mission-driven, AI-enabled healthcare domain.

- Own end-to-end accountability for a large, distributed engineering organization in ambulatory SaaS
- Co-define and drive the strategic product-technology roadmap with executive leadership
- Embed healthcare regulatory requirements (medical devices, audits, certifications) into development, delivery, and operations
- Lead senior leaders and cross-functional teams to increase scalability, quality, AI maturity, and innovation velocity
- Represent the domain internally and externally and strengthen executive stakeholder relationships
- Position CGM as a leading SaaS provider in Health-IT
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Long-standing leadership experience at Director/VP/CTO level in SaaS product development
- Completed university degree (technical field preferred)
- Deep expertise in cloud architectures and SaaS platforms, DevOps, and reliability engineering
- Hands-on experience with healthcare regulations (medical devices, audits, certifications) a strong advantage
- Proven track record of driving AI adoption in engineering, familiarity with Claude Code or similar agentic tools
- Excellent English and very good German; strategic, entrepreneurial mindset; strong leadership and communication skills
