As Team Lead Consultant, you drive digital transformation in healthcare by leading complex HIS implementations across the DACH region. You advise hospitals on optimizing clinical and administrative processes and translate requirements into scalable software solutions. You manage delivery, mentor teams, and contribute to new business with senior stakeholders. This role offers impact through shaping hospital workflows and implementing cutting-edge HIS technology in a collaborative, growth‑minded environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead complex HIS implementations and manage multi-stakeholder projects across the DACH region
- Own project workstreams ensuring delivery on scope, quality, time, and budget
- Analyze and redesign clinical/administrative hospital processes in collaboration with clients
- Translate hospital requirements into efficient process and system solutions using the company's software platform
- Lead system implementation, testing, and migrations (Big Bang and phased rollouts)
- Build trusted relationships with mid- and senior-level stakeholders as a strategic advisor
- Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and mentor consultants
- Support business development through proposals, presentations, and workshops
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and digital transformation to deliver sustainable value
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification
- 7–10 years of professional experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare IT, or digital transformation in hospitals
- Proven experience leading complex healthcare IT or digital transformation projects
- Experience leading project teams, coaching consultants, and managing customer relationships at management level
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex challenges into pragmatic solutions
- Sound business acumen including financial management, controlling, cost control, and quality assurance
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management with senior decision-makers
- Collaborative leadership style with mentoring ability
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region
