Product Owner im AI-Umfeld (ChatCGM) (m / w / d)

Job Description : We are in search of a strategic Product Owner to steer the evolution of ChatCGM, our cutting-edge chat application driven by generative AI with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare technology, AI, and improving patient outcomes through seamless information access.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Define and prioritize the product backlog, creating user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
2. Collaborate with AI researchers, software developers, and healthcare professionals to enhance ChatCGM\’s capabilities and ensure it meets industry standards and user needs.
3. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of ChatCGM, incorporating user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
5. Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI, specifically in generative models and RAG, to maintain the product\’s competitive edge.
6. Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
7. Drive the product vision and strategy, presenting progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in software development, preferably in healthcare technology.
3. Strong understanding of generative AI technologies, especially RAG, and their applications in healthcare.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
5. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum or Kanban.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. A strong advocate for user-centric design and data-driven decision-making.
