The role will bridge the gap between business and technology teams, supporting the delivery of finance-related data initiatives and helping define how Databricks can be leveraged to improve reporting, analytics, and business processes. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liGather, analyse, and document business requirements from Finance stakeholders. /li liTranslate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases. /li liIdentify and define Databricks use cases supporting Finance Transformation objectives. /li liCollaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery. /li liSupport process improvement initiatives and data-driven decision making. /li liFacilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align business needs and priorities. /li liParticipate in SIT, UAT, defect management, and go-live activities. /li liPrepare business cases, documentation, and implementation recommendations. /li liWork closely with Finance, Data, and Technology teams to ensure solution adoption. /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul liProven experience as a bBusiness Analyst /b within Finance or Data Transformation programmes. /li liStrong knowledge of bDatabricks /b and modern data platforms. /li liExperience gathering requirements and writing user stories. /li liUnderstanding of Finance processes, reporting, and analytics. /li liExperience supporting testing activities including SIT and UAT. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. /li liExperience working in Agile project environments. /li liFluency in English. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
