Supporting business analysts in organising and conducting (requirements) workshops with business.
Translation of business requirements into the S/4HANA system landscape, including identification and resolution of conflicting objectives (fit/standard vs gap/customer‑specific).
Interface function between business analysts and IT team (translating requirements into ICT requirements and ensuring technical feasibility).
Assistance with documenting requirements (technical and technical specifications).
Support in creating test cases and carrying out the tests.
Advice on solution options, best practices and standards in the area of SAP EAM.
Mandatory Qualifications
Training as a computer scientist or equivalent professional background.
Several years of proven experience in IT applications for maintenance (SAP PM and SSAM).
In‑depth knowledge of maintenance processes (notification and order management) and asset lifecycle management (capture, commissioning, operate/maintain, decommissioning).
Experience in analysing and implementing fit/gap scenarios in S/4HANA environments.
Experience with the connection of third‑party systems (API).
In‑depth experience in requirements engineering.
Committed, pragmatic personality.
Independent work and a high degree of initiative.
Practical project management experience.
Strong communication skills and experience working in interdisciplinary teams.
Target Qualifications
Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum and SAFe.
Foreign languages: English, French advantageous.
