The successful candidate will take ownership of structuring the transformation programme, analysing the current state, defining the future target operating model, and preparing key strategic decisions for executive stakeholders. /p pThis role focuses on transformation leadership and programme management rather than acting as a CISO, compliance specialist, or implementation lead. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and manage a complex organisational transformation programme. /li liAnalyse the existing ISDS operating model, governance structure, processes, and tools. /li liDefine the future-state organisational and governance model. /li liDevelop decision papers and recommendations for executive management. /li liCoordinate internal and external stakeholders. /li liManage programme planning, risks, dependencies, and communication. /li liEnsure alignment between governance, organisation, processes, and tooling. /li liMaintain business continuity throughout the transformation. /li liPrepare a structured handover to the future internal project leadership team. /li liDevelop proposals for future roles, responsibilities, committees, processes, and operating models. /li /ul h3Mandatory Requirements /h3 ul liSenior-level Project or Programme Manager. /li liMinimum 8-10 years of experience leading projects and programmes. /li liStrong background in organisational redesign and governance transformation. /li liExperience building, consolidating, or transforming management systems. /li liProven experience with ISO 27001 and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). /li liExperience within regulated industries. /li liStrong stakeholder management and facilitation skills. /li liAbility to deliver within defined timelines and budgets. /li liHighly structured and analytical working style. /li liHands-on approach with the ability to create tangible deliverables. /li liGerman language skills are mandatory (minimum C1 level, spoken and written). /li liAbility to facilitate workshops, create executive-level documentation, and manage stakeholders in German. /li liEnglish language skills are beneficial. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liExcellent communication and presentation skills. /li liStrong consulting and advisory capabilities. /li liCustomer-focused and service-oriented mindset. /li liSelf-driven and reliable personality. /li liSolution-oriented approach. /li liStrong moderation and facilitation abilities. /li liAbility to develop executive decision-making materials. /li liCollaborative team player. /li liResilient, adaptable, and capable of navigating complex stakeholder environments. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
