Bei comstruct gestalten wir die digitale Infrastruktur der Bauindustrie – eine der letzten analogen Branchen. Mit Google Ventures als Investor, einem 12,5Mio. € Investment und Kunden wie Strabag treiben wir echten Wandel.
Als Business Development Manager (m/f/x) baust du neue Partner-Ökosysteme auf, entwickelst Go-to-Market-Initiativen und bringst strategische Integrationen mit Lieferanten auf den Weg. Du wirst Teil eines crossfunktionalen Teams mit flachen Hierarchien und einer klaren Mission: radikale Vereinfachung der Materialbeschaffung im Bauwesen.
Deine Aufgaben

• Identifikation und Abschluss strategischer Partnerschaften (Lieferanten, Plattformen, Ökosysteme)
• Verantwortung für die kommerzielle und technische Integration von Partnern (Enablement, Sales-Readiness)
• Aufbau und Umsetzung gemeinsamer Go-to-Market-Strategien inkl. Co-Selling und Marketing-Kampagnen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Product & Leadership, um Impact zu skalieren
• Entwicklung eines skalierbaren Partner-Playbooks und Übernahme erster Supplier-Verantwortung

Dein Profil

• 1–3 Jahre Erfahrung in einem strategischen Umfeld: Sales, BDR, Consulting oder VC
• Souverän in Kommunikation, Pitching und Stakeholder Management
• Du verstehst sowohl wirtschaftliche als auch technische Zusammenhänge
• Hands-on, aber strukturiert – du denkst in Lösungen, nicht in Silos
• Deutsch auf Muttersprachler-Niveau, Englisch mind. C1
