Position: Customer Success and Implementation Manager (m/f/x) – SaaS & Construction Tech

Location: Munich, Germany (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)

Reporting to: Co-Founder, Jonas

Your Responsibilities – What You Will Influence

  • Customer onboarding and product integration: Guide customers through onboarding, including product training and implementation, to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Customer support and success tracking: Act as the main contact for customers, providing ongoing support to ensure long-term success.
  • Upselling and cross-selling: Identify opportunities to maximize customer value and loyalty.
  • Customer lifecycle management: Oversee the entire customer relationship, collaborating with sales and product teams to meet customer needs.
  • Development of best practices: Contribute to creating customer success playbooks and integrating best practices into the organization.

Your Qualifications – What You Bring

  • 3+ years in Customer Success Management within a fast-growing SaaS environment, ideally in tech or construction.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build long-term relationships and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical skills for solving complex problems and enhancing customer retention.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts independently.
  • Fluent in German and English; Swiss German and French are a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is advantageous.
