In this role, you\’ll work on both our backend and frontend product, contributing to modules like ordering, delivery note intake, and invoice receipt—all while making an impact on our great engineering culture.As a hybrid company, we value in-person collaboration and expect employees to work from our Munich office 3 days a week.What You Will Be Building ️You\’ll build full stack features hands-on for our different modules like ordering, delivery note intake, and invoice receipt in a modern TypeScript/React/NestJS StackOrdering: Enable contractors to place digital orders at material suppliers and manage construction logisticsDelivery Intake: Make it possible for construction sites to manage & analyze all incoming deliveriesInvoice Receipt: Enable contractors to check and approve supplier invoices with the comstruct platformCollaborate with product to ship features from start to finish for some of the largest construction companies in the worldImprove the technical basis of the comstruct platformMentor more junior engineerings with pair programming and best practicesBring in new ideas to expand our platform to a full construction operating systemWhat You Need To Succeed Demonstrated technical expertise across various large-scale software engineering projects.Proficient in at least three major programming languages, with Python and Typescript being highly preferred.Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to innovate and deliver impactful results.Enjoys making decisions and tackling complex problems.Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and fluency in English.Nice To HaveExperience with Python or Flutter is a plus.Knowledge of German is a plus.Why usTo build the technical foundation of such an important industry, we rely on an outstanding team of A-players across all domains.
