Bilingual RUS and UKR – Sales & Marketing Agent (m/f/d)

Due to our incredible growth, we are looking for Sales & Marketing Agents (m/f/d) with Russian, Ukrainian and English language skills to help us create exceptional customer experiences for the largest social media platform in the world.

In our office in Berlin , 1950 employees in over 12 languages take over the communication via phone, chat or mail processing with the customers of our client. You will be working on site in Berlin.

Please be aware that we can only hire EU citizens or candidates who have a valid work permit to work fulltime hours in Germany.

What we Offer:

• Salary of € 2750 monthly/ €33,000 per year
• Up to € 687 monthly performance bonus
• Relocation support of up to €1500 from outside Germany and €700 from within Germany, depending on current location (minimum 100 km to Berlin) *

Your tasks:

• Analysis of marketing campaigns for your existing customers (small and medium-sized companies).
• Answering customer inquiries about the social media platform and its products. Assistance in achieving advertising goals and budget improvement.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Implementation and success control of digital campaigns of your existing customers. Providing feedback and recommendations on marketing campaigns.
• Early detection of campaign trends and escalation of challenging campaign developments.

Experience:

• Fluency in Russian and Ukrainian and very good command of English (at least B2 level)
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, with a commercial mindset, strong sales drive, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Experience in social media and/or digital marketing is a plus
• Strong sales-oriented outlook and “go the extra mile” attitude
• Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
