You will benefit from a stimulating work environment, a corporate and entrepreneurial culture, the recognition of your ideas, autonomy, the direct impact of your actions, opportunities, a friendly atmosphere, varied projects, and a compensation package including a bonus.Main responsibilities:- Real Estate Development: Potential analysis, program definition, feasibility study, implementation strategy, technical, economic, and legal monitoring.- Project Management: Supervise all phases of real estate projects, from design to delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality and sustainability requirements.- Project Management Assistance Missions: Accompany project owners in the definition, monitoring, and management of projects.- Feasibility Studies: Analyze development opportunities, conduct feasibility and financial studies, establish investment budgets and profitability projections.- Monitoring of projects under their responsibility: Support and monitoring of project management during the construction phase: Ensure the monitoring of work, costs, deadlines, and execution quality.- Development of building permit applications: Coordinate and monitor applications, collaborate closely with authorities and various stakeholders.- Prospecting: Identify and prospect for new clients/projects/plots, manage a Client portfolio, establish offers or responses to tenders, and promote projects.Profile sought:- Experience: Experience in the construction/real estate sector.- Education: Degree in architecture, engineering, real estate, urban planning.- Skills: Excellent project management and organizational capacity / Strong negotiation and communication skills / In-depth knowledge of real estate regulations and administrative processes / Mastery of project management tools.- Personal qualities: Leadership / Rigor / Autonomy / Curiosity / Human values / Commitment jidb200eb6aen jit0833aen jpiy26aen
