As part of the Accounting team, you will support all three German locations with accounting tasks and collaborate with the global team to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements. This role offers an opportunity to work with both HGB and US GAAP accounting for group reporting.
Responsibilities
- Process and post invoices.
- Manage incoming vendor bills and prepare payment runs.
- Oversee dunning processes and resolve outstanding items.
- Prepare advance VAT returns and handle statistical reporting.
- Perform financial accounting, including:
- Accounts receivable and payable.
- General ledger and subledger accounting.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements in accordance with HGB and support US GAAP closings.
- Manage asset accounting.
- Serve as a point of contact for accounting-related inquiries.
Requirements

- 1-5 years of experience in financial accounting (accounts payable/receivable).
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.

- Strong written and spoken English skills are a must.
- Live within a commutable distance to our Munich, Frankfurt (Oder) or Dresden offices.
