Customer Support Specialist (3 month Fixed Term Contract)

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers with questions related to the financial sphere, representing a leading company in the financial sector. You will ensure that you offer a high-quality service to all customers who require assistance.
Essential skills:
- Excellent customer service skills, with a good grasp of understanding customer’s needs by asking appropriate probing questions and a desire to deliver great customer service.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-management skills and the ability to be productive independently of the team and leadership.
- Excellent verbal, written, grammar and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate in a clear and simple manner, with a proper dose of empathy.
- A patient, exceptional listener who enjoys problem solving and educating others.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone, by solving the queries and problems of the customers. Also search for solutions to complex cases.
- Follow our client’s and Conduent’s policies as well as any applicable legal requirements.
- Improve own knowledge, as well as contribute to improving the database and processes to continue providing ideas or suggestions.
- Understanding customer care and apply to all customer touch points.
- Share knowledge gained with team through effective knowledge transfer.
- Resolve high level complaint issues ensuring the customer is satisfied and that the issue is resolved in an efficient manner.
Requirements:
- English Language Proficiency: C1/C2 CEFR
- Have previous experience in office work/customer service or affinity for the type of work.
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Interest in working from home.
