Conexus are currently partnered with a global Consultancy, that are rapidly expanding their SAP practice in Germany. On that basis, we are searching for experienced SAP CO Consultants to join them on a permanent basis.

As an SAP S/4HANA CO Consultant, you’ll take on mission-critical projects, leveraging your expertise to design, develop, and integrate complex application components. You will use your consultative skills, business acumen, and technical knowledge to deliver impactful SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Advising clients on strategy, business process optimization, requirements analysis, solution design, and IT implementation with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or Controlling.
2. Employing proven methodologies, such as Rapid Discovery, Greenfield with IMPACT, and Brownfield Migration Factory, to deliver efficient transformation projects.
3. Leading discussions on SAP S/4HANA adoption, showcasing its benefits, and supporting clients through implementations or migrations.
4. Assuming management and sub-project leadership roles within SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

1. A minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing or migrating SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or Controlling solutions.
2. Proven expertise in Finance and Controlling, with at least two full lifecycle implementations, from project preparation to go-live.
3. Knowledge of integration and interfaces with other SAP S/4HANA modules is advantageous.
4. Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex situations effectively.
7. Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients as needed.
8. Hands-on experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile.
