Key Responsibilties
- Managing the entire \“Employee Work Cycle\“.
- Responsibility for the accurate preparation of the monthly payroll in close collaboration with the external service provider.
- Acting as a point of contact for authorities, government offices, and social insurance agencies.
- Preparation of monthly reports, statistics, and evaluations
- Handling administrative tasks such as maintaining records and databases, managing the time management system.
- Supporting and closely collaborating with managers and employees.
- Responsibility for Talent Acquisition in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizing training sessions in accordance with company policy.
- Participation in projects, including project responsibility.
- Close and trusted collaboration with the works council.
Profile
- Completed qualifications in HR.
- Several years of professional experience in a payroll role, ideally in an international environment.
- In-depth knowledge of German labor, tax, and social security laws.
- Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
- Working in a structured manner, is good at planning, can maintain an overview, strong communication skills and assertiveness.
- High service and customer orientation.
- Strong initiative, a hands-on mentality, and solution-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of SAP and proficient use of common MS Office programs.
