Sales Manager – Europe (AI & Digital Transformation Solutions)

We’re looking for a Sales Manager – Europe to spearhead the company’s next phase of growth across the region. Based out of Frankfurt, this is a high-impact role ideal for a dynamic sales leader with a strong consultative approach, a deep understanding of enterprise sales, and the hunger to build success from the ground up.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead direct and partner-led sales across Germany, UK, France, and Switzerland
- Build and scale the European sales organization—laying the foundation, then growing it to maturity
- Own and exceed a multi-million dollar sales quota ($5M+ annually)
- Apply consultative, solution-based selling tailored to customer needs and industry trends
- Navigate enterprise-level sales cycles within the process manufacturing and/or pharma/biotech sectors
- Collaborate with hyperscaler platforms (Oracle, AWS, Azure)— existing Oracle leadership relationships are a major plus
- Develop pipeline strategy, maintain accurate forecasts, and uphold CRM discipline
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Build and expand strategic alliances with technology and channel partners
- Provide market intelligence to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategies
âś… What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in Europe
- A strong track record in consultative sales , consistently meeting or exceeding $5M+ targets
- Industry knowledge and experience in process manufacturing and/or pharma/biotech
- Experience working with hyperscalers , ideally with strong ties to Oracle’s ecosystem
- Proven ability to build and scale regional sales operations from scratch
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in German and/or French is highly advantageous
- Comfortable working with multicultural, global teams across time zones
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
