Your responsibilities: Organize, manage, and oversee the entire production process Ensure delivery capability and monitor the availability of production materials by planning, organizing, and supervising inbound deliveries of purchased components Functional and disciplinary leadership of shift supervisors and shift teams across different production lines Ensure parts are manufactured according to customer specifications and requirements Support the implementation and development of automation processes Responsible for the on-time completion of orders and achievement of production targets Workforce planning in coordination with HR Your profile: Degree in business administration and/or engineering with a focus on logistics, production, or a related field Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry, especially in JIS environments and in leading operational assembly teams Experience in supplier management and order control Strong user knowledge of SAP and MS Office Fluent in both English and German (spoken and written) Goal-oriented and able to work independently Strong communication skills and assertiveness
