We are seeking a motivated intern to provide business and administrative support to N26\’s CEO Office and Executive Leadership Team.
The CEO Office coordinates the cross-functional work of all C-level executives within N26. The intern will partner closely with the Executive Assistants and the Corporate Governance teams within the CEO Office to provide top of the line support to N26\’s senior leaders. This is a fast-paced role in which every day looks like no other.

  • Logistics Support : Assist in the management of travel and event logistics, including researching and booking flights, hotels, restaurants, and team activities.
  • Administrative Support : Prepare and process all financial administrative duties for the CEO Office, including submitting expense reports and purchase orders. Receive, process and categorize incoming mail for the CEO Office appropriately.
  • Meeting Preparation : Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and agendas for high-level gatherings.
  • Project Coordination : Collaborate with various functions and teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communication Liaison : Act as a liaison between the Senior Manager, CEO Office and other departments, as well as external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely information flow. Coordinate the logistics for and provide exceptional hospitality to visiting guests at the N26 offices.
  • Special Projects : Provide ad hoc support on administrative tasks and projects for the CEO Office Team.

The ideal candidate is someone who adapts quickly, takes a high level of ownership, and is comfortable operating autonomously. A background and/or interest in the Banking and FinTech sector is a major plus.

What you need to be successful:

Background:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, management, economics, politics, finance, or a related field.
  • A desire to work closely with a diverse round of senior leaders.
  • An interest in helping the CEO Office run as an effective, administrative powerhouse that leads by example for the entire company.
  • A background and/or interest in the Banking and FinTech sector is a major plus.

Skills:

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels. This also includes a good sense of humor under difficult circumstances.
  • Adaptability: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Confidentiality: An exceptional level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, ect.) is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in business level English required. Proficiency in German is strongly preferred.
