Recruitment Specialist

Are you ready to take ownership of recruitment processes in a fast-growing international retail environment? We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join the local HR team in Germany . Your Mission

As Recruitment Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for store and head office positions, design strategies to attract candidates, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. You will also support training and onboarding, contributing to the broader people development strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to interviews and offer stage.
• Execute direct search and other sourcing strategies when needed.
• Support onboarding and induction programs.
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers.
• Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements.
• Support compliance with internal policies and local labor law.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment roles.
• Strong interview and candidate assessment skills.
• Good understanding of digital training platforms and adult learning methods.
• Excellent planning, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in German and English . Other languages will be valued.
• Willingness to travel across Germany.
