Are you a relationship builder with a sharp business mind and a passion for consumer tech?
They’re looking for a Strategic Key Account Leader to take ownership of major retail and e-commerce accounts across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) . Based in Munich, you\’ll drive growth, lead strategic initiatives, and help shape the presence of a well-established international brand in one of its key markets.
You’ll act as a central player in a collaborative, high-performance sales team – blending data-driven decision-making with creativity, commercial flair, and real ownership.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow strategic relationships with top retail & e-commerce accounts in the DACH region
- Lead sales planning and forecasting cycles with best-in-class execution
- Identify growth opportunities and drive market share in key product categories
- Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and take action to exceed targets
- Work cross-functionally with planning, marketing, operations, and business units
- Analyze consumer trends, forecast demand, and ensure optimal stock levels
- Represent the brand at trade shows and customer meetings
- Translate insights into actionable strategies and category growth plans
- Become an expert on our product portfolio and a true ambassador of our values
What You Bring
- 3+ years experience in Key Account Management, ideally within Consumer Electronics or similar sectors
- Proven success in retail and/or eCommerce account development in the DACH region
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel across the region and occasionally internationally
