Controlling Specialist (m/f/d) in Deggendorf

• Prepare management reports, analyses, and ad hoc evaluations in close cooperation with the relevant business departments as part of the monthly reporting process on global business performance
• Continuously review, update, and improve reporting processes
• Conduct analyses based on the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement in accordance with IFRS, and address a wide range of business and financial topics
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process, including coordination with global business functions
• Actively participate in group-wide projects aimed at optimizing finance processes, systems, and reporting structures
• Support ongoing optimization and digitalization initiatives within the global finance function
• Collaborate with external stakeholders

Your profile:

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Several years of solid professional experience in controlling/financial controlling
• Strong analytical skills and a broad understanding of business and financial matters
• Strategic mindset combined with a keen eye for detail
• Proactive approach and strong commitment to implementing tasks and projects
• Strong affinity for IT and confident use of ERP systems, BI tools, and LucaNet
• Team player with a hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English language skills
