ph3Global Project Manager Combination Products (m/f/d) (temporary or freelance, 100%) /h3 h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead global product development, lifecycle management and continuous improvement projects in the medical device/pharma environment. /li liTranslate product strategy into executable project plans together with cross-functional leadership. /li liPlan, execute and monitor projects to ensure delivery of milestones, timelines, budgets and quality objectives. /li liCoordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors and global stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. /li liDevelop and maintain Design Development Plans in compliance with regulatory requirements. /li liProactively identify, assess and mitigate project risks while managing scope, resources and changes. /li liApply project management best practices for planning, communication, governance and decision-making. /li liFacilitate effective team collaboration, governance reviews and stage-gate processes. /li liMaintain project documentation, dashboards and knowledge management to ensure transparency and continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Your Skills and Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline. /li li8–11 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years within the medical device, pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry. /li liProven experience managing drug and/or medical device development and commercialization projects, preferably involving combination products. /li liStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools including Microsoft Project, Smartsheet and Google Suite. /li liSolid understanding of 21 CFR 820.30 Design Control requirements. /li liExperience working with external suppliers and strategic development partners. /li liAbility to independently manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced global environment. /li liExcellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. /li liPMP certification is considered an advantage. /li liFluent English is mandatory; German, Japanese or Danish is an advantage. /li liYou will work in Basel for an ambitious, dynamic company with a very good working atmosphere /li liYou benefit from a versatile field of activity /li liYou work in a company with a flat hierarchy, short decision-making processes /li liYou can expect a pleasant working atmosphere, an uncomplicated and collegial cooperation /li liYou benefit from modern and attractive working conditions /li liAn attractive salary and very good social benefits round off the offer /li liThe contract is limited to 1 year with a high likelihood of an extension /li /ul h3Who we are /h3 pCongenius provides tailored expertise and leadership to global firms, established SME`s and aspiring start-ups in the medical device, IVD and pharmaceutical industry.
