- HR Controller Compensation & Rewards
- Aufgaben
- As rewards analyst supporting strategic and operational compensation initiatives and programs through data analysis, reporting, and system expertise Group wide
- This role combines analytics, compensation support, HR systems expertise, and process optimization to deliver actionable insights that improve employee experience, retention, and organizational effectiveness
- Analyze employee lifecycle data including turnover trends, exit interviews, and engagement feedback
- Playing a critical role in enabling data-driven human resources decisions throughout the organization
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting (e. g., turnover, headcount, engagement)
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and management reporting, including market benchmarking
- Support the preparation of reward proposals
- Monitor key workforce metrics and proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Support implementation of AI tools and automation within HR processes
- Support reward‑related HR, Payroll and Finance initiatives, projects with timely data and insights
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Support ad hoc projects and continuous organisational improvement initiatives in compliance with internal policies and corporate governance
- Qualifikation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics or Human Resources
- Knowledge of labor law and applicable regulations
- Experience in HR analytics, compensation, HRIS, or related field Experience with people analytics, workforce planning, or HR reporting
- Knowledge of compensation structures and total rewards programs
- Experience with compensation analysis and benchmarking tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships and partnerships and meet the needs of internal customers
- Positive, enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize activities
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality
- Exposure to AI tools or HR technology implementations, as an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Excel (required) with proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Power Point, etc..
