- Aufgaben
- Ensure compliance with the guidelines and regulations for each fund transaction in the short time available.
- Supporting preparation of regulatory filings and processing regulatory monitoring tasks.
- Responsible for coordinating internal and external parties before, during and after the settlement of fund transactions, as well as maintaining ongoing communication to ensure transparency.
- Responsible for checking the completeness of transaction documents and for completing missing papers or information.
- Review KYC documents prior to each fund transaction, and provide these documents during transactions if ad hoc queries arise.
- Assisting the marketing material review process.
- Monitoring and analyzing new regulatory developments.
- Act as the point of contact for all enquiries relating to the settlement of fund transactions and associated documents.
- Collaboration in the optimization of processes and work systems in the department.
- Qualifikation
- HF, Bachelor's or paralegal studies.
- Experience in a similar function in the middle office of the trading department of a bank, an asset manager or in a custodian bank in the processing of investment products.
- Experience with the processing of funds, e. g. multi‑asset funds, hedge funds, private market funds, including the associated compliance checks (AML, KYC).
- Interest in fund investments, in professional client service and in a dynamic environment.
