Internal Auditor PE Investments

Aufgaben

1. Providing an independent and objective assurance and consulting activity to improve the company’s operations guided by the philosophy of adding value.
2. Leading and performing assigned internal audit projects with focus on alternative and private market investments as well as securities and ESG business.
3. Responsibility from planning to reporting, including quality assurance and special projects.
4. Identifying and evaluating business risks and improvement opportunities by utilizing best practices.
5. Appraising the appropriateness of internal controls, processes, procedures and systems.
6. Assessing and testing the operating units’ adherence to group guidelines, instructions, laws and regulations and internal control standards.
7. Contributing to the development of the internal audit operations and infrastructure.
8. Applying risk management techniques and developing the annual integrated and risk-based audit plan.
9. Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders.
10. Developing audit staff on assignments to ensure they meet their full potential.
11. Travelling 5%.

Qualifikation

1. Master in business administration, finance or economics.
2. CIA, CPA.
3. Understanding of the asset management and investment fund industry.
4. Professional experience in auditing, risk management, internal control, accounting, financial controlling and/or asset management/investment funds.
5. Thorough knowledge and understanding of current internal audit and risk management concepts and practices.
6. Experienced with IT and ERP systems.
7. Self-motivated and strong team orientation.
8. Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills.
9. Ability to think and act independently.
10. Maintain a clear overview of risk management issues affecting the organization\’s current thinking.
11. Personal and professional demeanor, conduct and credibility that engages and inspires the confidence of others internally and externally and fosters a positive reputation for the internal audit function.
12. A sense of focus and a style of leading by example, sufficient to instil in others a strong \’delivery\‘ work ethic and pride in outcomes.
13. A personal commitment to continuous professional development sufficient to create a learning culture within the Internal Audit Division.
14. German as well as English.
