Tasks
As an Associate Sales Representative (m/f/d), you will be an integral part of our growth course in the field of orthopedics/sports medicine.

Active identification and acquisition of new customers (clinics, medical care centers, outpatient surgery centers)

Building and developing a sustainable customer portfolio in your region

Implementation of product presentations and support for clinical applications

Working closely with the existing sales team to further develop market strategies

Analysis of market and competitive activities and derivation of appropriate measures

Participation in congresses, workshops and events on networking and lead generation

Support in marketing and product launch activities
Profile
-
Completed studies/training in the field of business, medical technology, natural sciences, physiotherapy or comparable qualification

Initial experience in sales, ideally an advantage in a medical environment (not a must)

Strong motivation to acquire new customers ("hunter mentality")

Strong ability to work in a team and enjoy close cooperation in the sales team

High level of initiative, goal orientation and assertiveness

Very good communication and presentation skills

Confident and professional appearance in a clinical environment

Good MS Office skills

Fluent written and spoken German as well as good English skills

High willingness to travel
