We are currently looking for a SAP Basis Administrator for a Full-time Permanent job opportunity working Hybrid (3 days onsite in Munich or Frankfurt office & 2 days remote).

Job Description

The SAP Basis Administrator is responsible for the technical administration and smooth operation of SAP systems. This includes the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SAP landscapes. The role also involves monitoring system performance, managing backups and recovery, and ensuring high availability. Additionally, the administrator handles user and authorization management, ensuring compliance with security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuration and maintenance of SAP landscapes.
• System monitoring and performance tuning.
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Coordination with other IT teams for system integration.

Required

• Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP BTP, S/4HANA, and database administration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP deployment concepts (STMS, ChaRM).
• Experience in system monitoring tools (SAP Solution Manager, CALM, New Relic).
• Understanding of operating systems (Linux, Windows) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Security and compliance knowledge, including role- based access control (RBAC).
• Require bilingual capability in German and English.
• Open to local travel to client premises in Munich and Frankfurt – weekly 3 days.
