Connect44 was founded in 2000 in the heart of Switzerland in Luzern, by co-founders and partners James Rogerson and Leo Kidel. Since then the company has had a steady and organic growth while continuing to be privately owned.

Our Story

For more than two decades, Leo Kidel and James Rogerson have steered Connect44 to be a brand that is known for trust and excellence throughout Europe and the UK. We are proud of our established team that comprises more than 1300 dedicated colleagues who deliver our high-end services with a customer-focused approach throughout 13 countries.

With our history in mobile, fixed and enterprise markets, we specialise in planning, building, operating and securing systems, assets and networks for MNOs. Connect44 is a vendor agnostic, agile company, which makes us flexible and easy to do business with.

A testament to our stability is that many of our people have been with the company for more than 20 years, and they remain committed to Connect44 and its client-focused approach. Our strong focus on internal communication also helps us to develop strong and long-lasting relationships with our clients that are built on mutual trust. We believe that integrity and a friendly approach in dealing with customers is a prerequisite for successful and sustained business relationships.

Connect44 is a dynamic organization that has adapted over two decades to serve a constantly changing telecoms industry, and as a result has developed into one of Europe\’s largest independent, vendor agnostic, fixed and mobile network solutions providers. Our aim is to provide high-quality, cost-effective services to network operators, fibre companies, tower companies, and network equipment vendors.
