Connected MedTech is proud to have been retained by Bellman & Symfon Deutschland GmbH to identify an Interim Country Manager to lead the business through a period of transition.
Bellman & Symfon, the international hearing and assistive technology manufacturer, is looking for an experienced interim leader to take charge of its German business while a permanent appointment is made.
The assignment
Starting as soon as possible and running into 2027, you will step in to provide stability, leadership and commercial momentum for the German team. The role is both strategic and operational, requiring a hands-on approach and extensive travel, while steering the country strategy with the support of the global business.
You will:
- Lead the local team day to day and keep the business moving forward
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key acousticians, retailers and buying groups
- Drive sales activity and protect revenue through the transition
- Work closely with the Group CEO and support a smooth handover to the permanent Country Manager
What you will bring
- Current or very recent senior commercial experience in the audiology or hearing device industry - this is essential
- Established relationships across the German hearing-care market
- A track record of leading sales teams, ideally in an interim or turnaround setting
- Fluent German and English
- Availability at short notice
