Regional Sales Manager - German Speaking

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our existing partners, driving sales growth, retaining revenue, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives. This role works in partnership with the broader sales team to manage the sales cycle from opening to closing and expanding growth. Responsibilities
Provides support to cross‑functional teams with high attention to detail. Researches, analyzes, and documents findings. Coaches, reviews, and/or delegates work to other team members. Achieves personal annual sales growth contract value based on total opportunity. Achieves personal annual sales growth contract value by selling to existing partners and through partner sales. Manages partners within the Ideal Customer Profile and designated territory as the primary commercial point of contact. Identifies and pursues opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling additional products or services. Develops territory and account plans to achieve client goals and drive revenue growth. Oversees delivery of products or services, ensuring client requirements are met on time and within scope. Tracks and reports key metrics such as renewals, churn, and customer satisfaction. Resolves client concerns quickly and coordinates solutions internally. Works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on client strategy and service improvements. Provides accurate forecasting (monthly, quarterly, yearly) in collaboration with broader team and management. Closes sales that meet ConnectWise standards for pricing, margins, terms, and conditions. Maintains a sales cycle average of 25‑30 days. Qualifies existing accounts to build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to achieve annual sales goals set quarterly. Negotiates contract terms, discounts, and implementation. Builds and maintains long‑term relationships with partners to bolster retention. Qualifications
Recognized subject matter expert in applicable work area. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities. Commercial acumen and understanding of client business models. Organized and detail‑oriented, with strong follow‑up and time management. Ability to adapt to new technology and processes as per partner requirements. Comfortable with prolonged phone use. Ability to make 40‑50 outbound calls per day. Knowledge of Managed Service Provider (MSP), Technology Service Provider (TSP), and Security industry. Ability to identify opportunities and leverage resources appropriately. Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales tools. Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience. 6 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client satisfaction and retention targets. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting software. Working Conditions
