With a team of around 20 people working from our offices in Germany and remotely, we’re searching for talented individuals who share our passion for continuous learning and tackling challenges alongside our founding team.

Tasks

As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will drive projects that explore new business opportunities, contribute to the development of our strategic initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform creative ideas into actionable solutions that align with our company’s vision and mission. In particular, you will:

• Collaborate closely with the founding team to develop and launch new business areas from the ground up
• Identify, evaluate, and propose strategic growth opportunities and untapped market potentials
• Conduct in-depth analyses and prepare comprehensive decision-making frameworks for the founding team
• Develop innovative strategies and actionable proposals to elevate our operations and expand our market presence
• Oversee and optimize the execution of marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics and ensuring alignment with business goals
• Drive the company’s growth by supporting and leading cross-departmental initiatives and fostering collaboration within and across teams
• Continuously scout for new trends and technologies to keep our offerings at the forefront of the logistics and IT sectors

The list of tasks is not exhaustive; there are various directions and projects in which you might be involved, allowing you to expand your skills and contribute to diverse initiatives within the company.

Requirements

Essential skills and experiences:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, information technology, logistics, sales and marketing, or a related field, with above-average academic results
• Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities
• A fast learner with excellent analytical capabilities and a structured approach to work
• Proficient in written and spoken communication in both German and English

Nice-to-have skills and experiences:

• Initial professional experience through internships or student positions in startups, consulting firms, or other fast-paced environments, particularly in logistics, business development, or finance

Personal values and beliefs:

• A commitment to consistently raise standards by improving quality and efficiency in all aspects of work
• An independent, hands-on mindset with a ’never-stop-learning‘ attitude and a desire to grow alongside the team
• A strong sense of accountability, taking initiative to see tasks through to completion and proactively addressing challenges
