Your responsibilities:Ensuring application of quality standards, KPIs, and audit processes within the plant.Monitoring and improving product and process quality performance (scrap, yield, process capability).Managing non-conformities, deviations, and corrective/ preventive actions.Guaranteeing product conformity across all production phases (input, process, output).Leading continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and optimize performance.Overseeing Quality Management System (ISO 9001), audits, and compliance activities.Acting as main interface with Central Quality, customers, and external auditors.Coordinating cross-functional activities with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and other teams.Leading and developing a team of about 6-10 quality professionals.Our requirements:Degree in Engineering.At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality roles.Strong knowledge of quality management systems and audit processes (ISO 9001).Solid experience in problem solving and root cause analysis.Strong data analysis skills and KPI management.Ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional initiatives.Hands-on approach and strong presence on the shopfloor.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent English (German is a plus).
