For our Client – a global engineering group delivering monitoring, diagnostic and testing solutions for machine tools and precision manufacturing – we are looking for (f/m):
International Sales Representative (Germany / DACH region)
You will represent a company delivering highly engineered, project-based solutions used in:
- Monitoring of machining processes (e.g. grinding, cutting, finishing).
- Non-destructive testing (NDT) and quality verification of components.
- Diagnostic systems for machine tools and rotating components.
- Integration of sensors, software and control systems into production environments.
Your role
You will act as a technical partner to your clients, combining sales responsibility with engineering understanding.
Key responsibilities
- Develop sales of advanced monitoring and testing systems
- Manage the full project lifecycle (from technical clarification to after-sales)
- Participate in technical discussions with production, engineering, and quality teams
- Prepare quotations, cost calculations, and technical specificationsBuild long-term relationships with customers and international agents
Must-have
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Experience in technical B2B sales of engineered solutions, ideally: machine tools, industrial automation, process monitoring / sensors, testing or measurement systems.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, grinding, assembly, quality control).
- Ability to discuss technical applications with engineers and production teams.
- Experience working in project-based, customized solutions (low-volume / high complexity).
- Fluent German and English.
Strong advantages
- Experience in process monitoring, NDT, vibration analysis, or diagnostics systems.
- Exposure to OEM machine builders or Tier suppliers in precision industries.
- Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.
