Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for global positions
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and workforce plans.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify highly qualified candidates across security, software, hardware, AI/ML, cryptography, and embedded engineering domains.
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, talent communities, and direct outreach.
Conduct initial screening and pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, communication skills, and overall fit.
Create and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate candidate interviews and manage communication throughout the recruitment process.
Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activity.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience while representing the employer brand.
Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and data within Workday and other recruiting tools.
Drive diversity sourcing initiatives and support inclusive hiring practices.
Build long-term relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, or a related field.
Proven ability to source and engage engineering talent in highly competitive markets.
Understanding of technology disciplines such as software engineering, cybersecurity, embedded systems, semiconductor development, AI/ML, or related technical domains.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities across different geographical regions.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, or equivalent recruiting platforms is an advantage.
