Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaboration with the specialist departments to achieve the company´s goals
- Roll-out of the CF SAP Print & Packaging solution, as well as the further development an harmonization of company‑wide processes in production (PDA, order management, QA,...)
- Supporting project management in the planning and implementation of SAP on sub‑project management for specific tasks
- Advice and support for end users (2nd & 3rd level support)
- Creation of training documents and implementation of training measures in coordination with the specialist departments
- Quality assurance of developments in the SAP ERP environment through test management and test execution
Requirements
- 3-year education in business or techical training
- Professional experience as a key user or end user in the production process environment
- Confident communication in German and English, Polish desirable
- Enjoy communication, teamwork and willingness to learn new things
- Confident handling of MS Office products
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of working hours to international locations
