Own end‑to‑end intercompany (IC) charge calculations, including planning, true‑ups, and plausibility checks Prepare and perform monthly IC controls to ensure correctness, including reconciliations and budget vs. actual analysis Use and continuously improve IC tools and systems, with a strong focus on automation Support Group's Shared Services teams (AP, AR, Reporting) and Group Tax/Finance Manage IC contracts, ensuring transparency of existing agreements and coordinating new requests Drive process improvements to make IC activities efficient, accurate, and future‑ready Support the overall execution of projects & tasks within the team
Your Profile Degree in economics, business, finance, or a comparable experience Experience in finance within an international environment (1-3 years) Strong analytical mindset with a clear affinity for IT and systems Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge (BW, BCS, ERP) is a plus Curious and collaborative mindset, bridging business, finance, and IT to improve processes and solutions
Our Offer Location: Vienna, Austria (with the option to work partially from Home Office) Start: as of now Compensation: depending on the job-related experience & competencies, ~ 57.000 EUR gross a year (based on the collective bargain agreement of the metal industry if located in Vienna/Austria).
