The IT Support Analyst provides ongoing user support for all IT related subjects for our Automotive plant in Dahenfeld. He/she ensures application support for manufacturing and business processes, provides operational support for local IT infrastructure and maintains the IT assets in accordance with the security requirements provided by Constellium.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for local IT infrastructure (PCs, printers, local network, servers, telephony, …)
- Provide operational support forMES (Plex) system administration – security and user management, access control and required documentation of controls
- Local application support, maintenance and user managemen
- Support of strategic projects, balancing local business demands and corporate strategy
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT security matters (SOX, TISAX, IATF, patches,…)
- Expansion and further development of the IT infrastructure and optimisation of IT processes
- Creation and updating of technical documentation
Your profile:
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a comparable education
- 3 years’ experience in Infrastructure and User support
- Experience in manufacturing environments Is a plus
- Good communication skills, with a customer centric attitude
- Ability to work in autonomy and in virtual teams
- Good understanding of ITIL framework will be an advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
