The Role
As Territory Sales Manager , you’ll be responsible for driving sales of a market-leading portfolio of medical and surgical products within hospitals and clinical settings across North West Germany . Working closely with a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be hands-on in the field—building relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, procurement teams, and hospital management.
You'll act as both a sales expert and a product specialist , conducting in-theatre product demonstrations, supporting test runs, and leading educational seminars for clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets across the assigned region through direct engagement with hospitals and clinics
- Deliver expert product demonstrations and clinical education in operating room environments
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans
- Identify and grow key accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Monitor competitor activity and share market intelligence with internal teams
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales colleagues to implement promotional initiatives
- Use CRM tools effectively to track performance and customer interactions
We’re Looking For:
- Multiple years successful hospital sales experience , ideally within PPE any industry, hospital consumables, wearables, surgical, theatre, or medical device sectors
- Strong consultative sales approach with a focus on solution selling
- Knowledge of hospital procurement processes and clinical decision-making pathways
- Experience working in the OR/theatre environment is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in German and confident in English (B2 level or higher)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- Competence with MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently
