Required Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech. Electrical / Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field
Required Experience
- Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in railway projects.
- Experience in similar positions on at least three (3)similar projects, or a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in similar positions in railway projects involving Telecommunication works.
- At least 5 years of international experience.
- A strong background in contract management and site supervision, including but not limited to testing and quality assurance of materials and works, supervising and inspecting all elements of the design, supply, and installation works.
- Practical experience in:
- Adjusting signalling from 3.3 kV to 25 kV system in a CIS country
- Railway telecom backbone
- Radio Communication
- CCTV, TEL, PIS, PAS, TDS, FDS
- Telecom for ICC and station integration / signalling systems
- Intergration Testing
- Work experience in IFI financed infrastructure projectsis an advantage.
- Work experience of at least 3 years in Eastern Europe and/or CIS countries.
