As a Partner in Switzerland, you will lead and co-own the growth of Implement's Swiss platform, shaping practice strategy and client relationships. You will work across Leadership & Change Management, Operations Design, Strategy & M&A, Digital Transformation, and more to deliver transformative, impact-driven programs. You’ll collaborate with cross-border teams, own the development of people and client engagements, and drive measurable outcomes for clients.
